As a mom and entrepreneur with over 24 years of experience launching and growing successful businesses and earning 6-figures, I understand the unique challenges that come with starting and growing a business while also juggling the demands of family life.

The Beginning…

My journey to becoming a coach started when I was ready to get back to work after taking a break to raise our kiddo. At this point in my career, I had successfully started two businesses: a career consulting company and a real estate business. I was able to grow my real estate business into a thriving 6-figure company that gave me the financial freedom I dreamed about.

After starting a family, I decided to take time off from running the business to enjoy motherhood BUT eventually something happened. While I absolutely loved motherhood, the entrepreneur in me was whispering…

“It’s time to bring some of YOU back into the life you have.”

And the truth was….

Without a focus on my business and career, I felt like I lost a piece of myself. My whole life revolved around my family and their needs. I knew I needed to make some changes and get back to including my wants and needs into the mix. Both for myself and to be a great example to my daughter.

But I felt stuck...I realized that I put myself in a box.

Being a mom and trying to be available to my family as much as possible turned into putting my needs and personal choices to the side. I knew I had to make a change and the time had come so in 2019 I decided it was time to start-up my business again….

BUT….

I got caught in analysis paralysis on what type of business to start. I was asking myself too many questions and too scared to make a decision or commitment.

A lack of confidence and clarity kept me spinning my wheels. I felt completely overwhelmed, alone and really scared to start something new and then fail.

The confidence I had in myself in my younger (and childless) years was gone. I felt like I wasn’t the same person anymore. I doubted myself and my skills. I felt out of touch with what it would take to be successful.

Change Came With One Phone Call

A girlfriend and I were talking and she was playing with the idea of starting a business. I immediately got excited and asked lots of questions; giving her guidance and direction based on 24 years of owning my own business.

We brainstormed ideas and I gave her some next steps tailored to her business idea. Then we set another time to talk. She was so excited and grateful! My confidence in her helped her have more confidence in herself and that gave her the strength to move forward and take action. I started coaching her on a regular basis. She is now running a successful business!

I had no idea at the time that what I was doing was coaching my friend. I just saw it as ‘being a supportive sounding board’ and sharing my knowledge and experiences to help her get started.

Then, I started thinking about how many times in the past I've done the same thing for other friends and family members by helping them launch successful businesses. I just thought it was something I'd like to do and was good at but never considered turning it into a career. Until I did.

Today, I am a Certified Business Coach and I Help Women Launch Successful Businesses AND Thrive in Their Lives!

My superpower is incorporating my 24 years of entrepreneurial experience into a work-life balance system that gives women the ability to be present for what matters in their lives AND have a thriving business at the same time.

I have been where these women are.

I have lived the self-doubt, struggles, fears, overwhelm and I have also lived the joy, freedom, flexibility and sense of purpose that comes with having a business. A business that helps other people live their best lives. Now, I help women get to where they want to go. It's my passion!

I love to help women launch and grow their dream business so that they can have Financial Security, Flexibility in their schedule and plenty of time for family; all while having a career that fulfills them!

Now I get to spend my time in my business helping moms get their businesses off the ground...and I LOVE what I do. I have a balanced life - one where my business and my personal life are both thriving.
